Gatherings

Gatherings will invite discussion on the various ways trauma happens, manifests, and heals while creating an animation through the process of drawing, cutting paper, and other various art making activities with the result being a stop-motion animation to be shown at a screening with a discussion related to the films.

Disclaimer:

This is an art project, and not therapy.

Some of the things we do together can feel healing or can be things to share with a therapist -- but it does not replace working with someone qualified to help.
